From the Southall Handbook:
 
"Parking"
Adequate off-street parking shall be provided by the owner of each lot for the parking of motor vehicles owned by such an owner.  Owners of lots shall not be permitted to park boats, trailers, campers and all other similar property on the streets in the subdivision, and such property shall be parked in a garage or area screened from the street and adjoining view.  In no case shall recreational vehicle parking be allowed in front or beside a house unless adequately screened from the view of the street and adjoining lots. No inoperative or abandoned vehicle of any type shall be parked or stored on any lot or on the streets in the subdivision."

Liability Insurance 
General Liability Each Occurrence: $1,000,000
 General Liability Aggregate: $2,000,000
Automobile (if applicable) $500,000.

Vendor Shield ensures vendor insurance stays in compliance; working directly with insurance companies to obtain renewal certificates before expiration. Vendor Shield prevents delays in payments and more importantly, saves our vendors time.
 
No making phone calls to insurance agents for renewal certificates! The annual fee for Vendor Shield is only $110.
 
Once the Vendor Shield form has been completed please return to teresamajeed@towneproperties.com then watch for registration email to complete your vendor profile.

Q:How do I report a street light out?
 
A: You can contact Duke Energy to report the light out by visiting their website. You can even sign up to be notified when the light has been fixed. You will need to have the pole number when reporting.  https://www.duke-energy.com/Customer-Service
 
Q: Can I attend a Board Meeting?
 
A: HOA Board meetings are with the dates are on the community calendar. You must be logged in to see the dates and link. We encourage all homeowner to register for the HOA website at https://www.southallhoa.com
 
Q: Who do I call in an emergency?
 
A: If you experience an emergency, you should first call 911 or the local authorities (police, ambulance, etc.) If the emergency is related to a community issue, please call the number listed on the homepage. If this is an after hours emergency, please call 919-878-8787 and press 3 to be connected to the on call associate.
 
Q. How can I pay my HOA dues?
 
A. Checkout the Account Information tab.  There are several ways you can pay.  Unfortunately we do not have the ability to take payments over the phone or in the office. 
 
Q. I want to make changes to my home exterior.  What do I need to do?
 
A. Great question!! Go to the Southall HOA website at  https://www.southallhoa.com Click on ‘Documents’ and then ‘Architectural’.  There you will find the Guide and application that will need to be submitted and approved before any work can be begin.
